This unique blood colored egg was conceived using the paranoiac-critical method of the surrealists.  The symbol of the egg, with its hard shell and soft interior, represents the defenses we build as we struggle with the trials of life, whereas the bold red color is evocative of the bloodshed in both victory and sacrifice.  The egg measures 2.25 inches tall by 2 inches wide.  

This egg comes with a base decorated with an amalgamation of ancient runes signifying growth, development, and the warding off of evil.  The base measures 2.5 x 2.5 x 1 inches and is finished with black velvet flocking.
